All warranties provided will be those set out by each individual supplier and as such is Not at the discretion of Gymassist or any officer or employee.  Except for equipment purchased from Gymassist which will be provided with dicretionary and varied warranties and non warranties determined by factors such as new or reconditioned equipment.

You agree to indeminfy, defend and hold harmless Gymassist, their officers, director, employees, agents, suppliers and third party partners from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including legal fees resulting from any violation by you of these terms and conditions.
You understand that Gymassist recommend that you consult a physician prior to using any equipment, engaging in any exercise program or activity.  You understand that Gymassist nor the advise of any employee acts  as a substitute for medical advise.
By using this website you agree to hold Gymassist, its agents, officers, employees and Licensees harmless for any action, suit, claim, loss, injury, or damage arising from your recklessness, negligence, misuse of Gym equipment, Improper execution of generally accepatbale exercise techniques or for any damage or injury sustained pursuant to any information received, whether received In person, by phone or email by Gymassist and or any officer or by the internet in connection with Gymassist.  You acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to and have consulted a physician as recommended by Gymassist.

Ownership
Gymassist remains the rightful owner of all equipment until paid for In full by purchaser.

Privacy
Gymassist retains all names and addresses of customers for its own  database and records.  Information from Gymassist may be regularly sent to customers using this database.  This information is protected under applicable privacy laws.
